If there was a shop in Colorado Springs that I would describe as having integrity and ethics, it would be here. I hit something in the road that tore up my drive shaft, gas tank, exhaust and multiple other things. I went through insurance and Lucas was helping me along the way. Normally, I would have to be the middle man/driving force, going between my insurance and the mechanic to get anything done. Not the case here. Lucas was the one calling my insurance to figure out what was covered and scheduling adjusters. He went above and beyond and not once, not twice but three times submitted additional documentation to my insurance so we could get more covered from this accident. He went above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for. While it did take a long time to get my vehicle fixed due to 1)insurance taking sweet time on everything and 2)parts taking forever, I wasn’t upset about it at all because I knew Lucas and the team here were taking care of us and doing everything they could to get me back in my car ASAP. You guys have made a lifelong customer!
